Terms and Conditions

The German version of the legal pages is legally binding. This English version is provided for convenience.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between the trader and customers concluded through the online shop at dotykstudio.at. The version valid at the time of your order applies. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.

The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the payment button in the checkout you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or ship the goods. The contract language is German; an English translation is provided for convenience.

4. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory value added tax where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately in the checkout before you complete your order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by the payment service provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown in the checkout. Payment is due upon ordering.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Austria and other EU countries. Standard shipping currently costs €6.90. Unless stated otherwise for a product, goods are usually shipped within a few working days after receipt of payment. Delivery times are estimates.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply (two years from delivery for new goods). Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report defects to the address above as soon as possible.

10. Product notes and liability

Our products are wellness and self-care articles and not medical devices. They do not replace medical treatment. In case of pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, skin problems or uncertainty, please consult a doctor before use. Please follow the usage instructions.

We are fully liable for intent and for personal injury. In cases of slight negligence we are not liable towards businesses; towards consumers only for damage to items handed over to us for processing. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory provisions of the country in which they habitually reside. The place of jurisdiction for consumers is determined by statutory provisions.

13. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
